Stronger U Android app barcode issue

Android 13 users, please update to the latest version of Play Services, 23.18.19. This should resolve the issue with the barcode scanner.

It looks like this was a change that Google made and is impacting many applications for Android 13 users. We waiting for a fix from Google. Google is tracking the issue here: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/285007312?pli=1

After further testing, this seems to be specifically related to Android version 13. Our developers are trying to pinpoint exactly what changed with Android 13. Once we have a fix, we will deploy a new Android version.

We are currently investigating an issue with Android app barcode issue where certain users cannot use barcode scanner. We apologize for this inconvenience and our team is looking into this.
