1) Ensure you are on the latest version. If you are not on the latest version, please update from the app store on your device.

2) If you are on the latest version and still experience an issue, tap the "profile icon" on the home screen, then tap "log out". Log back in and see if your issues have been resolved.

3) If you have logged out and logged back in and are still experiencing issues, please email a support ticket to techsupport@strongeru.com.
